Today, we unfortunately come bearing some sad news. Over the past year, we’ve seen a wonderful community develop around Curve Fever 3. Competitive tournaments, friendly matches and overall good times were had, and we’re extremely thankful that you chose to spend your time in this community, playing our game. Curve Fever 3’s player-base has, unfortunately, been decreasing in size since not long after its release, and we’ve almost reached the point to where the game isn’t being played enough to sustain itself.
That’s why we’ve come to following saddening conclusion, which is that Curve Fever 3 will soon cease to exist. This is the final Curve Fever 3-season, and the game will shut down on June 1st, 2018.
We understand that this might come as a shock to some of you, and trust us when we say that we wished it could’ve been any other way.
So, what exactly is going to happen?
- Curve Fever 3 will not be playable as of June 1st, 2018.
- Closing the in-game shop: as of now, you will not be able to complete real-money transactions in the in-game shop anymore. You can, however still use your currently accrued CF3-currency.
- Forum closed as of June 1st, 2018: forum.curvefever.io will close down on June 1st, but the site will remain accessible for the next few months before it’ll be taken down completely.
Do I get to keep anything from my CF3 journey?
With the game shutting down, it will unfortunately also mean that your progress will not be saved. However, as a registered Curve Fever 3 player, you can get a bonus when registering a Curve Fever Pro-account. Register a Curve Fever Pro-account BEFORE May 30th, 2018, with the same email address you used for your Curve Fever 3 account. You will get 200 gems and 1000 coins deposited to that Curve Fever Pro account on Jun 1st, 2018.
Where do I sign up for a Curve Fever Pro-account?
Play the game and register an account at curvefever.pro. There’s nothing else you need to do, but make sure you register using the SAME email address you used with your Curve Fever 3-account. Join the community at forum.curvefever.pro and on the official Discord server.
I’m still disappointed and kind of mad…
We know, and we’re sorry. We are aware that it’s not a perfect game, but as a loyal community started building around it, we couldn’t help but love Curve Fever 3 all the same. For now, there’s nothing to do but celebrate the previous year, and to keep playing and enjoying the time we have left in CF3.
Thank you all for your support. It means the world to us.
