Rank remains the same after winning (or losing)

In my first match today I lost connection with the server and since then my rank won’t go higher or lower. It stays at 1921. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know how to solve this?

hi, i have the same probem, i post a topic too for talk about this… in chat game i ask some players but nobody know how to change this
