My rank dont change when i play in arena

hey ! since 2 day i have a bug, i cant win or loose rank. At the end of the game my rank dont progress, (i not talk about custom game, last day i played arena 3, i gain +20 but after the game, my rank dont udapte and im 2246 since 2 days, my bonus dont work too, i have 15… and i cant use it) someone can tell me what can i do xD ?

yes ! on my profil and at the end of the game that tells my rank has changed, but after the game, when i look my progress, im alway 2246 :S
